SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
The Glow Formula ships products only across the region of Ontario.
The Glow Formula ships via Canada Post, The indicated shipping time is 7-10 business days (Mondays through Friday, excluding holidays). This does not include one additional business day required for processing orders.
The Glow Formula is not responsible for any damages incurred by Canada Post. Canada Post is responsible for damages from error during shipping. Risk of loss, damage or destruction will pass to the Client upon deliver, except for circumstances specified in the next section.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT
All products being returned must be unopened (with seal intact), in its original packaging within 15 days of the original purchase date. The Glow Formula does not accept responsibility if the client has entered incorrect or incomplete information (ex. address, email, etc) or has ordered a product incorrectly.
The Glow Formula is unable to make any changes or cancelations to your order once it had shipped. In all cases when the client requests an exchange or store credit, contact info@theglowformula.com and include your order information (date of purchase and product(s) purchased) and a description of the reason for your request. The Glow Formula is not responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
